Helped build Eyther, India’s first end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software—driving product development, workflow design, and hospital-insurer process integration to streamline billing, claims, and revenue operations for healthcare providers.

Expanded OneFlo CRM by upgrading Bulk Upload and Invoice modules, leading dialer integration, enhancing overall UX, and introducing a prioritisation framework to improve product decision-making and delivery efficiency.

Led cross-functional teams to align product strategy while managing DSA, CRM, and mobile app initiatives, and operated as the Chief Product Owner within a SAFe environment to drive coordinated, high-impact delivery.

Steered product direction to generate 100K monthly leads while processing 14B emails annually, serving as the key liaison for a 40-member team and boosting user engagement through data-driven insights.

Built a suite of core growth and data platforms—including Campaign Labs (email/SMS marketing), DataLabs (ETL engine), LakeHouse (300M+ PII data warehouse–lake hybrid), WTS/QnAI (BI & analytics), and LDS (lead distribution system)—driving scalable automation, insights, and high-performance data operations.

Engineered EasyPort, an “Uber for Trucks” platform with 3 franchises and a 700-truck network, and built LearnScript, a training program that developed 250+ students into industry-ready developers.

Conducted a Hadoop-based PoC that cut FIR search time at police stations from 6 minutes to 20 seconds, and optimized infrastructure to efficiently process 1TB of data using Hadoop for high-performance analytics.
